100ml fresh mango puree,
100ml simple syrup (see recipe on Granita)
500ml soda
Extra cubed mango for garnish (optional)
Description
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and divide between glasses, top with soda water.
Serve with mango cubes and mint leaves.
