TROPICAL MANGO FRUIT SMOOTHIE – WITH BANANA, PASSION FRUIT & VANILLA

Recipe

  • 100ml fresh mango juice
  • 125g vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped
  • 1 large mango, chopped – set aside a few cubes for garnishing (out of season, substitute with canned mango, drained)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped macadamias (optional)
  • passion fruit for garnishing

Description

  1. Purée all the ingredients, except the passionfruit and mango for garnishing, in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. Garnish with chopped mango and passionfruit.
