TROPICAL MANGO FRUIT SMOOTHIE – WITH BANANA, PASSION FRUIT & VANILLA
- 100ml fresh mango juice
- 125g vanilla yoghurt
- 2 medium bananas, chopped
- 1 large mango, chopped – set aside a few cubes for garnishing (out of season, substitute with canned mango, drained)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped macadamias (optional)
- passion fruit for garnishing
- Purée all the ingredients, except the passionfruit and mango for garnishing, in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with chopped mango and passionfruit.
