TROPICAL MANGO FRUIT SMOOTHIE – WITH BANANA, PASSION FRUIT & VANILLA

Recipe
100ml fresh mango juice
125g vanilla yoghurt
2 medium bananas, chopped
1 large mango, chopped – set aside a few cubes for garnishing (out of season, substitute with canned mango, drained)
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped macadamias (optional)
passion fruit for garnishing
Description
Purée all the ingredients, except the passionfruit and mango for garnishing, in a blender until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Garnish with chopped mango and passionfruit.
